All order above Rs 499 will be shipped free of cost. For any order below Rs 499, a nominal fee of Rs 30 or depending on the item you purchased, the price and location. Free shipping on first order is not applicable for Guest Users. You need to login to your account to avail free shipping. If you return an order delivered to you, shipping charge will not be refunded.
If you cancel your order before it has been shipped. We will refund the shipping charges. However, if your order has been shipped, the shipping charges will not be refund.
The handling charge will be clearly mentioned on the checkout page before you make payment and it is also printed on the shipping label that comes along with the package.

As soon as you fill out the Returns form online, you will receive an email at your registered email address and an SMS on your registered mobile phone number. Once your return request has been placed, our field executive will visit your premises for pickup of the return item(s) within 5 days. Refund will be initiated within 48 hours after the item is received at our warehouse and quality check is done; takes usually 7 days.
